We can go to a restaurant to please ourselves, or to please the chef by attending the show he puts on for us. Nicolas Adamopulos takes this approach, while giving his audience plenty of reasons to be satisfied, through the discovery of personalized and, above all, very well mastered flavors. It's the experience that counts, with hidden menus at €75 (five-course) or €90 (eight-course) that reveal an in-depth ethical approach to the choice and treatment of seasonal produce.
