Gault&Millau's review 2026

Not far from the Gare d'Austerlitz, this discreet bistro takes tradition seriously. The menu features the great classics: eggs meurette, andouillette, veal kidneys and duck confit, all well prepared. The plates are clean, legible and appetizing, like the snail ravioli or the warm chocolate mousse, well executed without excess or frills. The atmosphere is calm, the service attentive, the pace well maintained. In the dining room, an assumed sobriety that may seem a little cold. A serious table with no false notes, but one that would gain by asserting its personality to fully justify its prices.
