Right next to the abbey, this hotel-restaurant is a Swiss Army knife, offering both a good standard of accommodation and a fine table in town, with a warm terrace for fine weather. Vincent Coiquaud champions seasonal cuisine, with dishes to be discovered à la carte or on the menu: langoustines charentaise style, monkfish carpaccio, avocado/mango, Gensac trout confit in olive oil, raw fennel/cuit, beef with pine needles, potato churros, dark chocolate and pistachio duo.
