Across the street from the eponymous restaurant, the cellar provides the aperitif segment, with an equally neat and trendy setting, where the nuggets of the selection are by the glass, and accompanied by a pleasant offer of small dishes. To gather on the table, a Domaine Haut-Planty, a Château Cazebonne, Sébastien Gandubert, an egg mayo, leeks with vinaigrette, a plate of oysters, dumplings, vegetables and broth, sardines, shallots and herbs, rice pudding. Lunch menu €19.
