Chef's Restaurant What if the determined sweetness of sage awakened Percheron gastronomy? At Réveillon? Yes, why not? The Réveillon Jazz Café has closed its doors; a sparkling table has taken its place, thanks to Amandine Chaignot, undisputed star of Parisian soirées (Pouliche, Café de Luce, Népita...), who has come, like her little comrades, to find the "real countryside" in the 22ᵉ arrondissement known as the Perche. Between respect for the terroir, quality local produce and friendly service, you'll enjoy your choice of a deceptively simple meal at the Bistrot, to get off the beaten track of the tasteful brasserie, or a lovely gastronomic tale, which will unfold over several beats, between audacity and coherence: artichoke and asparagus for the three small starters, roast pigeon jus court, and a lovely rhubarb juniper dessert, all in bitter-sweet balance. The wine list, like that of spirits and other beverages, is not to be outdone, with fine references and several curiosities that you'll just have to dare to try. This beautiful Perche building houses a welcoming dining room, a gleaming bar and a garden in fine weather... and a fireplace the rest of the time, for a place where you can put your soul to rest and cultivate your taste buds as well as your intellect.
