Unwaveringly loyal, the best Portuguese restaurant in Paris treats us without melancholy (the "saudade" of fado) to Lisbon specialties from all over the country, including pork with clams from the Evora region (Alentejo). The service is exemplary kindness (which can be disorienting for tourists), and cod is of course a highlight, in fritters, salad, cataplana or the classic "à bras". Low prices, good pasteis for dessert, wines from all Lusitanian regions.
