This warmly decorated Parisian address offers gourmet local cuisine. For lunch, the chef offers a €35 menu that delights customers. Our appetite turns to the dishes on the menu, and the carpaccio of prawns, tomato confit, black olives and citron confirms our choice. Then we hesitate between the veal sweetbread, fresh frogs' legs in parsley sauce or the chef's famous stuffed cabbage, which we taste, served generously with a full-bodied jus. To finish, a paris-brest with a praline heart was less convincing. Alphonse Mellot's Sancerre is a perfect match, and the welcome very pleasant and smiling.
