Gourmet Restaurant The whole of the Saint-Georges district is on the lookout for trends, and this charcuterie-restaurant with its transalpine accent offers every guarantee of authenticity, in terms of both provenance and production: ham, salami, coppa or pancetta can be cut into any size to suit your appetite, before moving on to lasagne, tripe, eggplant parmigiana or tortellis. Good and well done, right up to the pannacotta or affogato. Good choice of wines from Emilia-Romagna and elsewhere.
