Simplicity and authenticity: you wouldn't expect to find such a convincing izakaya on this quiet street in the center of Hyères. The regulars put their shoes in the drawers before settling in cross-legged, and tables are also available to sample well-crafted home cooking, gyozas, karaage, ramen or the very good salted plum rice flavored with tea, all served with kindness and naturalness.
