Gourmet Restaurant Abdelkader Belfatmi, who has a wealth of experience (including stints at Val d'Auge and La Laiterie), decided at the end of 2022 to close his restaurant (La Table de Marcq) and reopen, on the same site and after a few months' renovation work, Répu, in a less gastro and more brasserie style, with generous, refined cuisine. A relaxed setting, but a plate of carefully selected products, such as meat from his artisan butcher or trout from the Artois region. His signature dish, sweetbreads with morel mushrooms and vin jaune, is perfectly mastered and makes this neighborhood eatery a place not to be missed. You'll be pleasantly surprised by the flavors of the homemade gnocchi with watercress coulis, or the seasoning of the trout and its rice with ponzu, wasabi, soy vinaigrette and kalamansi, before finishing with an equally explosive jasmine rice pudding. The extensive and inquisitive wine list is also worth discovering, augmented by local beers. Menu from 37€.
