A breath of fresh air—thanks to Clémence Goupil and Alex Néel—is sweeping through this residential suburb just a quarter of an hour from Caen. It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy well-executed seasonal cuisine in a fresh, charming setting: paprika-glazed octopus with caramelized onions and potato foam, nori-crusted lamb fillet, confit shoulder with crispy panoufle, polenta, and salicornia, followed by a delicious rhubarb dessert. A lovely six-course tasting menu for €70, in a gentle and refined atmosphere.
