Gourmet Restaurant An ideal downtown location, on the first floor of the Ibis hotel, with a lovely terrace and parquet flooring. The brasserie is especially appreciated for its meat dishes, with good origins and mastery of cooking: entrecôte charolaise, simmental sirloin, entrecôte de salers... In the restaurant, the setting is more hushed and intimate, the cuisine is of the same inspiration, with the great classics of the place, such as oeufs meurette, sole meunière or chicken with savagnin and morels. A fine Burgundy cellar at attractive prices, a constant feature of the restaurant for decades.
