Some customers have been coming for forty years for the meat and wine. We're happy to follow in their footsteps, because the quality remains the same despite the years: certainly, it's no longer the jewel of yesteryear, sacrificing a little to fashions with gazpacho, langoustines flan à la bisque and pressé de cochon de lait snacké jus corsé, but there's still plenty to delight carnivores with Charolais from a nearby breeder or Metzger's signature exceptional and original meats (aberdeen angus, normande, gallega, sagyu). And there are always a few Pinots to go with it, for an unforgettable experience.
