The most recent of Claudio Puglia's five establishments, so long the talk of Clichy, with all its standards and savoir-faire, including of course the famous linguine flambéed in a wheel of parmesan (Grana Padano, to be precise). A little good manners, creaminess and a smile accompany this fine catalog of antipasti, pasta and classic desserts.
