You might think you're lost on the narrow road along the corniche du Liouquet, until you see the many cars parked in front of the restaurant. Edwige's welcome is top-notch, and the produce is of the highest quality, perfectly mastered by Damien Arnaud, who trained with the Pourcel brothers and Régis Marcon. The "Menu de la Corniche" at €38 is very reasonable, and the menu pleasantly mixes a refreshing starter, tourteau crevette, avocado and grapefruit, Tamaris mussels in salad, glazed saffron velouté and rouille, roast half-lobster, ravioli with vegetable herbs on a sparkling broth or black angus veal pavé and savory bean purée. For dessert, a variation on lemon, with vacherin, lime cream and sorbet. We recommend the €24 lunch menu, served in the shade of century-old olive trees with a glass of Domaine de Cagueloup rosé.
