Gourmet Restaurant A modern, easy-to-reach restaurant with a contemporary feel, offering inspired, personal and contemporary cuisine, with ideas that evolve with the seasons in a setting of South Sea blues: razor clams in parsley sauce and pork terrine for aperitif, pulled pork with sweet and sour sauce, peach of the day with lemon risotto, caramel beurre salé French toast with speculoos, crème crue and hazelnuts for a well-executed, well-executed sequence. Dynamic, smiling service, eclectic, well-informed cellar (regional, La Suffrène, Terrebrune, Clos Saint Vincent...).
