Although the storefront doesn't look like much and the street isn't the most charming in Tours, don't be fooled by appearances: this is one of the best Italian addresses in the prefecture. The chef doesn't try to reinvent recipes, delivering authentic Italian cuisine, made with good produce and simple recipes, always with a happy ending. Fans return for the timeless pleasures of Italian charcuterie, squid ink risotto, prawns and squid flambéed in white wine, cherry tomato confit, tagliolini with fresh truffle and parmesan, filet of beef rossini, forest sauce and potato fricassee. Classic desserts.
