It's a bistro philosophy perfectly maintained from start to finish, by Guillaume Rozec at ease in his new guise as chef-owner. The dining room is as pleasant as ever, the cellar is full of good ideas, and the limited menu focuses on quality, with three starters, three main courses and two desserts in regular rotation. Good service and reasonable prices.
