In the heart of the Monts d'Ardèche park, chef Frédéric Laforêt runs a friendly restaurant just above La Frontolière. He works with local produce with tradition and experience, offering two menus at €28 and €38, good value for money. Typical dishes: sweetbread cassolette with undergrowth mushrooms, snacked scallops with olive oil and chorizo cream, pavé of Meyzenc foie gras with morel mushrooms... Classic desserts.
