Gault&Millau's review2025
It's a real bargain in this chic suburb of Rennes: you don't have to go to the city to find a fun, bistronomic-style restaurant, and a skilful, imaginative chef, Grégory Hamon. His lunch menu is a little treasure to be savored for €24, and his menu is very much in tune with the times. There's no escaping the familiar tuna tataki, but it's skilfully prepared with an emulsified sauce of spicy yuzu, samphire, mizuna and Thai basil oil. Grilled squid breast in a romesco sauce with harissa and preserved lemon, or the more classic sole meunière, make a fine follow-up. The menus are well-structured and efficient, the desserts gourmet (banoffee, pressed caramelized apples and chouchenn caramel...), the small cellar pleasant and not too expensive.
