Chef's Restaurant Featured in last year's 109 Gault&Millau, Julie and Hugo have followed up their first success with a year of sharing. In this emblematic village, between vineyards and mountains, they combine the terroir with their own ideas to offer cuisine that can be tasted, savored and celebrated. With a beautiful menu that makes you salivate at every title and gives you the delights of choice: snails from a neighboring farm on a crispy tartlet, tarragon-scented green beans and sweet garlic mousse, rack of veal with chard, carrot juice reduction with cumin, veal juice with pinot noir, before a succulent seasonal pavlova, plums and quetsches, mascarpone crème montée, fromage blanc and lime ice cream. The table is pretty, Julie's welcome just right, natural and professional, the menus well organized and the cellar well stocked with local winegrowers.
