Chef's Restaurant

A truly lovely restaurant in what was once the village wine cellar. The presentation is elegant and understated, and the cuisine is refined, honoring and showcasing the local terroir—all thanks to Hugo Ehrhardt, winner of the “Sea, Lakes, and Rivers” award last year at the Gault&Millau Grand Est Tour, who knows exactly how to play with the seasons, colors, and textures in every way: Dampfnüdle with confit pork, chickpeas, and paprika; fish soufflé with root vegetables and a white wine emulsion; farm-raised duck breast with confit celery, prickly pear condiment, and pearled jus… Delicious chocolate desserts or seasonal fruit, prices still reasonable for the quality of the food, and well-composed set menus.
