The renowned David restaurant has found a successor with this Omma, which retains its natural assets, notably the beautiful view of the ochres from the bay windows and the privileged location in the heart of the old village. Chef Thomas Lagoutte's cuisine is very contemporary and interesting, with cream of pea and herb agnolotti, confit and grilled Lioux lamb with garlic mousse and hearty jus, and local strawberries with white chocolate ganache. Regional wine cellar with a good selection by the glass.
