After more than fifteen years in the West Indies, Carole and Albert have opened their island table in the heart of the prefecture, where they champion a well-crafted fusion plate. The €39.50 menu has its merits, with scallop ceviche, timur berries, wakame, jackfruit and wasabi sesame, salmon back, yuzu pearls and baby vegetables, veal tataki, Wayanad black pepper and coconut-truffle polenta, lemon curd, crumble, vanilla mascarpone, exotic fruits and guava coulis.
