Chef's Restaurant Anyone who hasn't tried bouillabaisse at Chez Michel is not a Marseillais. And it's an understatement to say that the tradition has taste: it's accompanied by that inimitable and unique old-fashioned atmosphere, which brings generations together with the same pleasure, in a setting that fortunately doesn't move too much. Of course, at €80 per person, this bouillabaisse (or bourride for the same price) is an investment, but one that lasts in the memory, and is always impeccably prepared. Hungry diners can precede it with pan-fried supions, and follow it with a pastry, but frankly, it's good enough on its own, with a white blackcurrant.
