It offers authentic cuisine based on local ingredients, combined with expertise and professionalism. The restaurant is open year-round, and Thierry Burlot is a seasoned chef who fell in love with Corsica after many years in Paris; he’s just as capable of delighting you with a simple breakfast as he is with elaborate dishes featuring premium ingredients.
