Jean-Michel Loessel's discreet and ever-popular table is a chic and contemporary moment, proving once again that Alsace is more than just a terroir, revealing behind its traditions an ever-evolving art of the table. The slash titles don't just hide a taste for fashions, delivering a real message that's both intelligent and personal. The menu features some real successes: sweetbreads, artichoke and lovage, cod, squid and yuzu, beef fillet, carrot and shallot, raspberry, milk and pistachio dessert. The house also offers a gîte.
