Chef's Restaurant Grégory Coutanceau's flagship, with its unique harbor location, attracts tourists all year round. Obviously, not just for the chic and comfort, but also for a menu that's sufficiently elaborate yet familiar in its range of flavors: ceviche of sea bream petals and butternut juice with lemongrass and lime, scallops of fine quality braised leeks with kombu and yuzu beurre blanc, soft passion soufflé coconut and white chocolate sauce. The classics, sole meunière and lobster civet in homage to Papa Coutanceau, are also well in place. A good Retour de pêche menu at €39, with an extensive, classic cellar.
