A beautiful contemporary space where Guillaume Leclère establishes his universe and showcases his imagination and technique with the market of the moment. The hidden register imposed on him allows him to manage his work to the best of his ability, which he does with talent, and his regular customers know they can rely on his know-how without batting an eyelid. We appreciate the plate, the gentle, well-organized service, and a remarkable cellar, both in its choices and in its comments, a real aid to decision-making, in addition, of course, to the advice easily given. As an introduction, the four-course lunch menu for €59 limits the risk of disappointment.
