As the name suggests, it's a safe bet to sample the region with Master Restaurateur Michel Naas. Gratin de quenelles au beaufort, ravioles Mère Maury, tartiflette, berthoud, raclette or fondue warm the body and the heart. The menu is expanding, with a traditional offer concentrated in a good menu at €35.90 (velouté de courge et foie gras, émincé de magret risotto de petit épeautre, tartelette noisette et ganache chocolat...). Well-stocked regional cellar.
