Chef's Restaurant A timeless dining experience in the Grand Hôtel des Thermes, overlooking the Bay of Saint-Malo, where you can almost forget the worries of the century. The seafood cuisine is classic, with a touch of originality, as the chef combines strips of zucchini with a well-prepared sea bass, or mint with broccoli purée to awaken the turbot supreme. A highlight are the desserts created by pastry chef Pascal Pochon, such as the butternut velouté surrounded by a brunoise of jellied apples and dill ganache, or the creamy chocolate with crunchy petals, the assembly of which is a visual and gustatory delight.
