Just a few minutes from Beaune, La table d’Olivier Robert is a genuine country house—both rustic and welcoming—where you feel right at home with friends. The terrace is a must-visit summer spot, perfect for savoring Burgundian specialties in the shade of the umbrellas. We keep coming back for the house-made foie gras lobe roasted in red wine and served in a terrine, the truffle-topped toast with smoked black garlic cappuccino, cod fillet with wild garlic reduction, tempestines risotto, beef braised at a low temperature for thirty-six hours, Anna potatoes, citrus caramel, and Bresse cream.
