Gourmet Restaurant A place like this, in the heart of the Chalosse region, makes you lick your lips in anticipation. The generosity and kindness of the owner, who talks to everyone and knows his customers one by one, is right up there with the place. On the plate, we're a little less enthusiastic than usual about this regal feast programmed in this long-established establishment: the gourmet plate mixes smoked duck breast, foie gras and salmon, the tuna steak piperade is classic but not thrilling, and the crème brûlée could do without the exotic decoration and the January half-strawberry. We'll keep the chef's hat for the continued effort to showcase the region.
