Gault&Millau's review2026
It's an elegant bric-à-brac on the banks of the Saône, mixing styles and eras in a pleasingly artistic intuition. The table (which is not a hotel) is housed in a charming XIXᵉ century building, with 1920s brasserie decor and a bohemian terrace, hidden in the greenery, with petanque courts. The casual, playful feel says nothing of the level of the dishes, which reveal themselves to be truly technical, the must-try pâté-croûte by world championship finalist Sébastien Lericolais, scallops a la plancha, kale condiment with elderberry vinegar, shellfish juice and kale chips, pressed potatoes and Jerusalem artichokes, duckling fillet, pan-fried chanterelles and trumpets of death, veal jus in cider, celery mousseline with Madagascar vanilla, a quince and apple tarte tatin. A warm atmosphere, especially in summer.
