A modern-day restaurant, dynamic and pleasant, enthusiastically led by chef Blandine Lucas, who has worked with Philippe Labbé at Bagnols and William Ledeuil. The young team works hard to produce this interesting menu, whose vegetables come from a dedicated kitchen garden, in a good menu offering choice and regionalism for €37: buckwheat waffle with Argoat andouille anchovy and black radish, pollack declination of leek seaweed nori hollandaise sauce, chocolate manjari sorbet beet puffed rice cocoa. A first toque this year.
