This is the idea of Aurélie and Marie, behind En Tandem: a friendly bistronomic restaurant, where people feel at home, where the décor is made up of personal touches and where côte de Roi Rose and pot-au-feu rub shoulders with blue lobster and turbot. In the kitchen, Aurélie regales, drawing on her experience in renowned French and European restaurants. Working hand-in-hand with local players, she selects local, seasonal produce, even using fruit and vegetables from the family kitchen garden. Together, they have opted for a short menu, regularly renewed so that loyal customers can always find a new recipe and new flavors to discover. Marie is in charge of desserts. Macaroons, tarts, financiers, brioches... all homemade, too. Marie also orchestrates the dining room, with warmth and kindness.
