Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of the three restaurants in the hotel complex, it offers a traditional, sought-after setting, with a certain sense of authenticity, embodied in the omnipresent light woodwork, in the image of these mountain homes, and generous, traditional dishes. This grand house, open since 1949, is still going strong, with a menu to match, including ravioles de Saint-Point, boîte chaude and pommes de terre en robe des champs, saucisse de Morteau en papillote... Classic desserts.
