Thierry Seychelles develops a classically inspired cuisine, with exemplary execution and no skimping on noble products; it's the perfect place for special occasions! Don't miss the pâté en croûte, poil, plume and foie gras, the langoustine raviole with shell juices flavored with fine de Bretagne, the skate wing with beurre blanc, capers and croutons, the poultry supreme cooked at low temperature with black truffle poulette sauce, the chocolate and peanut variation.
