Chef's Restaurant Walking up the cobbled street of Les Halles, there's an almost anxious excitement about soon crossing the porch of this unique house. Going to Thierry Seychelles is the promise of an event, one that you'll want to share with your nearest and dearest, whether it's a special family occasion or a candlelit dinner. The Hôtel particulier du Roscanvec is quite exceptional, a château lost in the maze of streets, with its architecture fully preserved, and a modern decor of definite intelligence. From there, beautiful langoustines in ravioli, black sesame and shiitake purée, emulsified broth with smoked eel, between sea and forest, monkfish tatin style, with a beautiful Viennoise of wild mushrooms and potato mousseline with white truffle cream, veal cheek confit and black truffle cream jus... The service is that of the great houses. Good cellar.
