Gourmet Restaurant A pink house, a beautiful classic dining room, this is the domain of Jean Marc Martin, the youngest son of the Martin parents who created this restaurant in 1977 when they bought the only café in the village. The chef concocts dishes inspired by local produce, with an interesting twist. Chicken with cream, crayfish tails or morel mushrooms, fillet of pike-perch with Chardonnay sauce or carp with raspberry vinegar, mushrooms in season. Traditional desserts. A wide range of appetizers, just like the cellar.
