For several years now, Claire and Grégory Bluszcz have been running their business with dynamism and complicity. The chef's toque is firm and she knows how to vary the pleasures, drawing on the terroir and combining it with fashionable influences, notably Italian, in a varied cuisine: stracciatella strawberry tomato pesto pea radish, gnocchi zucchini cream smoked bacon, filet mignon of pig at low temperature, tuna caper tomato mayonnaise, raspberry and white chocolate tartlet. The small, shareable plate format is ideal for tasting as many flavors as possible.
