Chef's Restaurant A bistro in name only, Simon Scott's gastronomic cuisine is of the highest standard. The former Ritz and Savoy Hotel chef puts his palace experience at the service of a cuisine full of creativity, regularly renewing his proposals, such as hake marble in gravelax, Thai-style prawn tartar, avocado mousseline, coconut/lemonberry ice cream, tuna snack à la plancha, three-quinoa risotto with asparagus, salicornia salad, duck breast cooked with big green egg, carrot mousseline with cumin, vegetable pappardelle and orange sauce, strawberry ice mousse meringue, rhubarb and ginger sorbet, tonka bean espuma. Lunch menu €25.
