We continue to follow Déborah and Grégory, who was Jeune Talent at Le Toqué in Caumont. They have taken over the former home of Mathieu Desmarest, who left near the Palais. The menu is very short for those who like to choose, with a set menu every evening, the best plan being for the only lunch, at €40, on Saturdays: organic egg at 63.8° declension on button mushroom, simmered chuck of beef parsnip purée in red wine sauce, dessert apple mousse vanilla spicy crisp.
