Two interlocking formulas, one for Saturday lunch, the other for the five-course evening meal, a joint effort by Deborah in the dining room and Gregory in the kitchen, in this hidden house of discreet charm, where you'll find this endearing and courageous couple, once highlighted by Gault&Millau at their Caumont-sur-Durance address. Irreproachable products, constant attention to detail (parsnips in vin jaune sauce, brandade ravioles, guinea fowl supreme jus court...) and a host of other thoughtful touches are the hallmarks of this chef's reputation.
