In the center of Cavaillon, not far from the train station, this is an inviting address, with a modern decor featuring parquet flooring, straight lines, natural colors and Scandinavian furniture, and offering revisited Provencal cuisine. The plates are quite intuitive: warm caillette de Provence with spice sauce, stuffed roast red mullet with herb sauce, roast guinea fowl supreme with butternut, meat jus with thyme flower and sage.
