Not far from Roanne, on the pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela, this charming 3-star hotel also boasts a bistronomic menu by Patrick Guyard. The menu is regularly renewed, and includes revisited classics such as a blini of salmon gravelax, wasabi mousse and arugula pesto, pan-seared scorpion fish fillet, carrot risotto, octopus fricassee, vinaigrette and old-fashioned mustard, braised beef cheek, potato millefeuille.
