Chef's Restaurant Just outside Laon, a place that's always worth a visit for its regularity and rigor. This is an address for fine traditional French cuisine, with no surprises and always delivering the same pleasures, products cooked with mastery and a solid knowledge of our heritage. Highlights include lobster salad with citrus fruit and melon, roasted scallops with green asparagus tips and orange butter, turbot back with champagne sauce, sweetbreads with morel mushroom sauce, snow pea mousse and polenta fries, and millefeuille served warm with strawberry sorbet. Traditional menu €58.
