On the slopes of this small village perched high above the Brian Gorge, Nicolas Bru's restaurant offers an essentialized experience of the region, with an absolutely splendid view of the surrounding area, and a traditional local dish that's well worth the stop. The €29 menu is a highly recommended option, with different textures of goat's cheese, back of cod with virgin oil, and moist 24-hour piglet with thyme jus. Classic desserts. Excellent service.
