We've been following this Regain with the same consistency and pleasure for nearly five years now. The young team has made the most of this short tenure to consolidate its clientele and their appetites. The menu is small, with little choice, but what is done is successful, with a touch of fantasy and good ideas: mackerel leek mussels and chili shiitake bao cabbage, two-course citrus carrot sea bass, Bresse chicken squid rice fermented fennel before a chocolate pear whiskey dessert from a varied and well-balanced €55 menu.
