We've been following this Regain with the same consistency and pleasure for nearly five years now. The young team has made the most of this short tenure to consolidate its clientele and their appetites. The menu is small, with little choice, but what is done is successful, with a touch of fantasy and good ideas: mackerel, leek, mussels and bao, cabbage, shiitake, chili; sea bass in two courses, citrus, carrot; Bresse chicken, squid, rice, fermented fennel; before a chocolate, pear, whiskey dessert, from a varied and well-balanced menu at €55. Lunch menu €29.
