Chef's Restaurant A very regular contemporary table, which has found its cruising speed in this busy corner near the Saône. The fine young team (Benjamin, Thomas, Lolita...) weave a very pleasant score where quality is in the glass as well as on the plate. Precision without bluster, beautiful products without glitz, that's the chef's universe, and he has put together a fine sequence for €55: pressed cabbage cranberries anchovy bread sauce, skate wing sea urchin red wine and pear sauce, hake salsify shellfish and figatelli (a successful marriage of fish and powerful Corsican sausage), kiwi lime sorrel and white chocolate. Good lunch formula at €28, and the cellar as interesting as ever, sorted and stocked by Lolita Chevreau.
