Gault&Millau's review 2026

One of the best Indian cuisines in the capital, in a refined setting and with refined service. The focus is on Mughal cuisine and its recipes, with its specialty blends of spices and herbs, on tikkas and tandooris, and with its finely spiced, highly perfumed sauces: leg of lamb kebab, grilled chicken with mango, peppers, tomatoes and onions, shrimp biryani, and a wide variety of breads and desserts.
