Rampoldi's renowned Italian cuisine, practically on the Casino and entertainment square. A cuisine that goes beyond the Botte, with Gillardeau (€7 per animal...), salads, foie gras, caviar tartar or avocado and citrus langoustines, salt-crusted bass and grilled meats in a very wide menu, but also irreproachable classics, such as vitello tonnato, octopus and pistachio carpaccio, Queen Margherité pizza and fresh homemade tagliatelle with beef cheek. In the evening, Rampoldi and chef Antonio Salvatore go gastro with a unique "Tradizioni" menu at €175.
