Chef's Restaurant A safe and pleasurable stopover: when transalpine cuisine is so well and seriously prepared, highlighting products and recipes, the assurance of convincing the audience is total. In fact, a large number of regulars have taken up residence in this warm interior, where the service is dressed like a cruise liner. All the classics are impeccably executed, from vitello tonnato to paccheris alla norma, using irreproachable products, and some dishes are truly mouth-watering, such as roast suckling kid with potato charcoal and aromatic herbs. Italian and French wines, smooth service, Monegasque prices.
