Gault&Millau's review 2025

Right next to the Gare de Lyon and the coulée verte, this pretty bistro with its neat, discreet decor and plants hanging on the walls, champions today's fine bistronomy, with a very short weekly menu (2 starters, 2 main courses, 1 dessert), which reflects a commended ethical commitment. The ideas are current and well executed, and we'll be back for beet with chickpea nectarine and basil, eggplant with mint-persil tomato sauce and roasted carrot, chicken with split peas, Caesar sauce and tomato, and cannelé with pomegranate molasses and grapes. Good value at €25.
