The deliberately faded premises have a Berlin vibe, but the spirit is obviously very hip, with a stripped-down wine bar style, with a counter, indie music, old bistro furniture and neutral colors. It's a genre fully in tune with the avant-gardism of the Cours Julien, which here takes on a sunny, travelling air in the plate, by François Roche (Septime) and Santiago Michel (Fueguito). The two partners revisit Mediterranean classics in a playful, contemporary spirit, with a gourmet potato tortilla with mozzarella and smoked eel, or this dish of al ragu pasta, pappardelle with venison, spicy crumble and pickled mustard, a beautifully textured crème caramel and amarena cherry. Well-worked cellar (Josmeyer, Moreau Naudet, Ostertag, Gramenon, Pouderoux...).
