Chef's Restaurant The people of Bisont and the rest of the canton have adopted this contemporary establishment, where a young team is working hard to ensure everyone's satisfaction. Starting with the young proprietors, Élodie and Thibault, who do things right and do them well, both in the atmosphere and on the plate: perfect egg with green asparagus and morteau jesus, smoked asparagus cappuccino, Bresse poultry supreme with fine stuffing of confit thighs, Etrez yellow wine and morel mushroom cream sauce, strawberries and blueberries in meringue shell, geranium-infused ribot milk sorbet in a fine €54 formula. The cellar is gradually expanding, with a good regional selection.
